Stator powder coating machine

Machine is easy operation and could be used for different kinds of stator, you only need to change the fixture
Stator dimension : Max OD Φ100 mm,
OD Stack thickness 25mm Max
Shit output   60-120/h(depend on powder's character)
Working process:
Fix the stator (work piece) in the fixture--- induction heater heat the stator---dip both side in the power coating station---disassemble  fixture using a airgun to clean the fixture --- put stators into oven for 30 mins for curing---finished
